D. Anderson Moorehead

D. Anderson Moorehead is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio, Federal Courts, and the Common Wealth of Kentucky. In the past, he has served as the attorney for the City of Zanesville, Ohio, and as a Magistrate Judge. The emphasis of his work is focused on Real Estate, Estate Planning, Civil, and Criminal practice.

 Attorney Moorehead attended Ohio University for a Bachelors in Business Administration and for a Masters in Business Administration. He received his law degree from Capital University Law School.

Attorney Moorehead is a member in many associations, including the Muskingum County Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, and the Ohio Land Title Association. He is a title agent for First American Title Agency and Security Title Guarantee Corporation of Baltimore.

Derrick Evan Moorehead

Derrick Evan Moorehead joined Moorehead Law Offices in 2005. Derrick completed his undergraduate work at Ohio University and obtained his Juris Doctor degree, with Distinction, from Ohio Northern University’s College of Law in May of 2005. While attending Law School Derrick published with, and served on the Executive Board of, the Ohio Northern University Law Review; served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Gregory Frost of the Southern District Court of Ohio; and Externed for Bruce Comly French, United States Bankruptcy Trustee for the Northern District of Ohio.

Derrick’s practice areas include Bankruptcy, Creditor’s Rights, Business, Property, and Criminal law.  Derrick is licensed to practice by the Supreme Court of Ohio and in the Federal Southern District Court of Ohio.
